The Celestial Altar is a multiblock Altar which can be used to change the time of day and the moon phase.
Appearance
A dark wooden framed box with glass sides. Inside is a floating and slowly rotating sun or moon depending on which mode it is in. At the top of the box is a wooden offering dish, like other Altars. The Multiblock Construct vaguely resembles an open-air shrine garden made of red nether brick and prismarine. It has one side dedicated to the sun with glowstone and gold and the other to the moon with sea lanterns and lapis.

Multiblock Structure
The structure is 11×5×11 blocks (X×Y×Z), shown one layer at a time from above. The Celestial Altar itself is outlined in gold. Hover a block for its exact state; an arrow shows which way it faces.

Usage
The Altar has a GUI that can be accessed by Right Clicking. The user can switch between solar or lunar mode with the right-most button. The middle button selects the time or moon phase, which are locked to either Noon, Midnight, New Moon or Full Moon unless you have the [Stellar Control] augmentation which allows you to select between 8 phases or times of day.
The Altar can be activated with redstone if a Nether Star is on top of the Altar block, otherwise it must be activated through the GUI by having a Nether Star in your inventory, which gets consumed.

Tome Entry
Leylines across the world have their influence extend into the space beyond the world. If I can provide a sufficient energy source to the structure, I should be able to accelerate the sun or moon!
A Nether Star should be sufficient to let this altar change the time of day and the phase of the moon by accelerating the motion of the celestial bodies for a moment before the Star is depleted.
