Tooltip

Runic Arrows make use of the Runic Matrix to create unique effects. Runic Arrows will only activate their effect when fired from a Runic Bow. The arrows can be refilled inside a Runic Quiver. Ensnarement Arrows: These Runic Arrows restrain a target from moving of their own will. The Arrows have a reduced effect on players.
