Tooltip

Runic Arrows make use of the Runic Matrix to create unique effects. Runic Arrows will only activate their effect when fired from a Runic Bow. The arrows can be refilled inside a Runic Quiver. Siphoning Arrows: These Runic Arrows siphon health from hit entities. The amount siphoned is proportional to the damage dealt.
