Tooltip

Runic Arrows make use of the Runic Matrix to create unique effects. Runic Arrows will only activate their effect when fired from a Runic Bow. The arrows can be refilled inside a Runic Quiver. Smoke Arrows: These Runic Arrows emit smoke particles near where they land. Smoke gives blindness and weakness to those inside it.
